Following the easing of lockdown restrictions The Rifles Museum will be reopening on Wednesday 15th July!

We have brought in a number of measures to meet the guidance put in place by the Government. This includes a one-way route through the galleries, signage reminding about the social distancing measures in operation and hand sanitiser placed nearby to our second-hand books area, touchscreens and beside our shop stock and feedback forms. These changes have enabled us to achieve the Visit England ‘We’re Good To Go’ Standard.

All events organised for the rest of the year have sadly been cancelled due to the difficulties of adhering to social distancing within our very small activities space. We have also taken the difficult decision to remove our dressing up clothing and activities table. They will be returning when it is safe to do so. Through the summer we will continue to offer ideas for activities to do at home through our social media channels.

We thank you for your ongoing patience and support. Stay safe.
